Yup, it’s that time again. Another new season of “Dancing With The Stars” with all-new celebrities, but what about the judges panel and dancers?

First, Derek Hough will not be returning as one of the professional dancers this season, but does say he’ll be back for the following season. Derek will be doing some film work during his time off from the show (“Cobu 3-D”).

Unlike “American Idol”, there will be no big changes this year on the judges panel. In fact, there won’t be any. Len, Bruno and Carrie Ann will all be back along with Tom as host.

We don’t yet know any of the celebs for the new season, but we do know a couple of things. The premier of season 12 on ABC will be on March 21 and the new celebrity lineup will be announced live on February 28th during “The Bachelor”.

The show has enjoyed tremendous success over 11 seasons, but the key to continued success hinges on the talent they get to participate. The stars need to be relevant and interesting to watch or the show will eventually fade. I think they’ve had some good seasons and some bad ones as far as talent, so hopefully this upcoming season will fall into the former category.
