Wanna party with the ‘Peas for free?
The members of the [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Black Eyed Peas[/lastfm] have a long-standing relationship with the Robin Hood Foundation, a charity targeting poverty in New York City.
The six-time Grammy-winning group will hold a free concert in New York’s Central Park on June 9. The show, dubbed “Concert 4 NYC,” will be a benefit for the foundation including funding to launch three Peapod Academies. The school is an arts center for teenagers started by the Black Eyed Peas.
Now, it is a free concert, but you need a ticket. More than 50,000 tickets are available through an online giveaway. VIP tickets will also be sold online.
