The Perfect Gifts For The Last Minute Shoppers

View Comments

There are still great deals around town.

A lot of our bigger chain stores will be open on Christmas Eve for all of us last minute shoppers. Some of us just need a few gifts while others are just starting their shopping. Don’t worry, I’m not judging. I’ve been in your shoes before a time time or two. But let’s see if this might help you find where you can go to get something that’s nice to open and not break the bank. Here are a few places that will hopefully help you out and save you the trip to the crazy, busy mall.

Walmart is always a nice place to stop in at. You can go the easier route with the box chocolates or their nice little gift sets that include the hot chocolate mix and mugs. Or you can do something a little more touching. They have picture frames that say Family on it and a few slots for your pictures for $3.87. You can put your own personal touch by putting family pictures in it so they are surprised when they open it. Don’t forget that most of the stores have a hour or less print machine too. Or if there are little ones around, they have board games starting at just $2.50! You can’t go wrong with a board game. You can also grab a pair of fuzzy warm socks for only $2.97. To keep them warm through out the winter they also have hats, scarfs and gloves starting at $4.88. Better yet, kids gripper gloves in camo print or pink  are only $1.27. Need a nice fleece blanket? They have them starting at $2.88. And don’t forget to check out their holiday candy isle to fill up the stockings too. You can get stuff starting at $.98 for a pack of candy canes. Or maybe you need a pumpkin pie to put on the dinner table. Get a tasty one here for $2.98… Yum!
Here’s this weeks Walmart Christmas ad.
