Going into the Top 9 all of the contestants sung songs by their idols. Skylar Laine sang “Gunpowder and Lead” by Miranda Lambert, Colton Dixon covered “Everything” by Lifehouse, Hollie Cavanagh sang “Jesus Take the Wheel” by Carrie Underwood, Heejun Han sang ” A Song for You” by Donny Hathaway, DeAndrea Brackensick covered “Sometimes I Cry” by Eric Benet, Elise Testone ” Whole Lotta Love” by Led Zepplin, Jessica Sanchez covered Beyonce’s “Sweet Dreams”, Phillip Phillips sang “Still Rainin’” by Johnny Lang and Joshua Ledet sang ” Without You” by Mariah Carey.

After America voted, looks like it is the end of the road for one of the contestants. And the one who left was…. Heejun Han.
