Is Britney Spears going to be a fair judge on The Factor X? Well, she has not forgotten how hard it was to make it into the music business. The pop star is trying to keep the hardship of making it big while critiquing contestants during auditions for upcoming second season of The X Factor. ”I think I’m a fair judge,” Spears said in a video after the San Francisco auditions for the competition show. ”Sometimes it’s hard because I know what they’ve been through and being so young and [wanting to] achieving their dreams,” said Spears.

Oops, Britney looks like you’re doing all again…well…maybe vicariously through someone else. But how fair can little-miss-not-so-innocent can be and what kind of “constructive criticism” can Spears give to these young hopefuls? Well, she is really looking for “spunk & someone that’s meant to do what they’re doing.” None of these contestants should hold it against Britney because apparently Simon Cowell is still “the toughest judge” according the singer. The Factor X airs this fall on Fox.
