We all know when Rihanna hits the stage she turns the heat up, but this weekend in Dallas, the singer’s stage literally burst into flames, causing the show to come to an early end.
While performing her Loud Tour at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, the singer was cut short when some pyrotechnics malfunctioned during her song, “California King Bed,” according to Celebuzz.
A video on YouTube shows the top of the stage catching fire, with sparks getting a little too close for comfort to the audience.
The crowd was immediately evacuated from the building and no injuries were reported.
Following the incident, Rihanna posted messages on Twitter to her Dallas fans.
“DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I’m so (mad), I was havin so much fun wit yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!” Rihanna tweeted.
The singer also tweeted she was glad her fans were safe and that she would make sure to keep them updated on what went askew that night.
So far, all of Rihanna’s next shows are still set to be on schedule.
