In just under two months, Matchbox Twenty fans will have the band’s first new studio album in ten years.

North is due September 4 and to keep the high level of anticipation going, the band has been releasing as much information as they can to get fans ready.  From pictures of their video shoot to webisodes featuring an inside look at them recording North to almost daily tweets from Rob Thomas and the band, fans are kept in the loop on all that pertains to Matchbox Twenty’s latest effort.

And while fans wait with bated breath for another nugget of information on what’s to come, we just wanted to make sure you also get to enjoy the sense of humor that Matchbox Twenty has, or at least we think they have. They are kidding, right?
