Boys take notes here, because the bar has just been set pretty high when it comes to proposing to your girlfriend. Alex De Loia of Robinson, Pennsylvania has become the star of an adorable YouTube video. Her boyfriend, Joey Lancianese (let’s just call him Mr. Perfect for now), organized a flash mob of 300 people to dance in the streets as he dropped to one knee to propose.

It took Joey two months to organize his big moment. From getting the city to close down street, to pretending he was going to softball practice when he was really rehearsing choreography, he executed the moment – and a lot of pretty difficult dance moves – perfectly.

The two were supposed to be meeting some friends for dinner when a random dancer started dancing in the street…then a few more people….then Joey joined in to dance to the medley of songs including Bruno Mars’ ‘ Marry Me’, and 4 Non Blondes’ ‘What’s Going on?’.

Joey grapevined his way to the big moment as Alex stood wiping away tears. He dropped to one knee and said, “A little understated, I understand.”

So guys, if you are thinking about proposing, take a few pointers from Joey and do it right.
