There are going to be two major tributes this year to the late Dick Clark, who passed earlier this year.  One will be before the ball drops in Times Square by Fergie before New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.  The second (actually, it will be the FIRST) will be this Sunday night at the 40th Annual American Music Awards.

Radio and television personality Clark created the AMA’s in 1973. 

Stevie Wonder is set to take to the stage perform the tribute .  There will be a HUGE amount of talent on stage besides Wonder.  Scheduled to perform are Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Carly Rea Jepson and more.

Oh, Yes…and PSY will be doin’ it Gangnam Style….
