The fourth annual Raley’s Theatre of Lights is a free holiday program of the Old Sacramento Business Association. Narrated by American literary icon Mark Twain, the live-action retelling of Moore’s 1823 poem — “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” more popularly known as “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” — promises to be bigger and better than ever.
