Blake Shelton and his wife Miranda Lambert are topping Zillow’s “Most Desirable Neighbors for 2013″ list, with ten-percent saying they’d like to live by the couple.  In addition, Taylor Swift and actress Reese Witherspoon — who once portrayed the late country legend June Carter Cash on the big screen — are tied in second place with nine-percent of the vote.  Eight-percent say they’d enjoy living by “The Daily Show” host Jon Stewart.  Couples Beyonce and Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are tied for fourth place.

Meantime, reality TV stars are leading the way on the “Worst Neighbors” list for a third consecutive year.  This time around it’s the “Honey Boo Boo” cast, which has 21-percent of the vote.  Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and Kanye West would be unwelcomed neighbors for 18-percent, while 12-percent say they wouldn’t want to share a fence with Donald Trump.  Taylor Swift crops up on this list as well.  She’s tied with Kristen Stewart for fifth place behind Clint Eastwood and Lance Armstrong, who share the number four spot on the list.
