Shyanne, 15

“I wish to go to London”

Shyanne is a unique 15-year-old girl who was diagnosed with a serious autimmune disease when she was 12, but by staying confident and positive, she has had the courage to battle her condition. Shyanne’s toughness is inspired by her taste in books, movies, and games. She can found reading Manga, Kamikake Kaito, or watching the Inuyash anime series. Her interest in different cultures inspired her Wish of traveling to London, England. Being in a different environment was a major reason for choosing London. The city’s many historical sites helped create the experience Shyanne had wished for. All in all, she and her family came away from London with a greater appreciation for a foreign culture.
