We’re finishing up another week of Yahoo! exclusive web series “Burning Love”, and we just need a moment to gush about how happy we are that it’s back.

“Burning Love”, whose brilliance is enhanced by the influence of executive co-producer Ben Stiller, captured our hearts in its 2012 premiere.  If you have watched “The Bachelor”, “the Bachelorette”, or similar shows and thought they were funny in an addicting way, you must watch “Burning Love”.  It plays on all of the ridiculous incidents that happen in these off ratio dating shows, throws in unlikely contestants, and emphasizes the hilarious possibilities that could occur.  Season 1 featured eligible bachelor fireman Mark Orlando played by Ken Marino, and we looked forward to the biweekly episodes every week.  With a star-studded cast including Jennifer Aniston, June Diane Raphael, Ken Jeong, Malin Akerman, and Kristen Bell, the web show sparkled in its ten minute episodes.  (And we swear, you won’t see the end coming.)

This season focuses on one of the jilted lovers from Season 1, June Diane Raphael playing her role as Julie to find the man of her dreams.  We have no doubt that the journey there will be fantastic, amusing, and thoroughly addicting.  Forget “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette”; this web show is the perfect shot of amusement in a busy day.  Catch it online on Thursdays and Fridays here.
