4 Year Old Gets His Wish To Sign With College Baseball Team

Four year old Ari Schultz lives in Massachusetts suffers from congestive heart failure and has already underwent three open-heart surgeries. He’s on a list for a heart transplant, but despite all of that, he is a huge baseball baseball fan and his mom says he has a real “zest for life.” So, the Assumption College baseball team in Massachusetts made 4 year old Ari it’s latest team member. They even drew up and had him sign draft papers to make it official. Now, thanks to help from Team IMPACT, an organization that connects kids with life-threatening illnesses with college athletic teams, Ari goes on road trips with the team and has even played a little ball with them.
