SFO Airport Introduces It’s Adorable ‘Therapy Pig’

If you travel by air from time to time you may have seen a handler walking through an airport with a dog for people to pet. Those are therapy animals. Not all airports have them, but they are designed to calm passengers down and make traveling less stressful.

SFO airport is getting in the game, but are taking the “cute animal” thing a bit further. USA Today says that SFO has introduced, “a small, spotted Juliana pig named LiLou, who turns two on Dec. 15 and who has her own Instagram account lilou_sfpig.

LiLou is the first pig to be certified in the Animal Assisted Therapy Program of the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She has a variety of costumes, including a Wag Brigade “Pet Me!” vest.”

How cool is that?!
