Creator Of The Red Solo Cup Dies

Robert Hulseman, who invented the iconic Red Solo Cup in the 1970s has died at age 84.

The Star reports, “The former president and chief executive of his family‚Äôs Solo Cup Co. died at his home in Northfield, Ill., on Dec. 21 of health complications following a series of strokes.”

The crazy part is, according to Hulseman’s son, he never really understood how popular his creation was. Read more at The Star.
