Running Makes Your Brain Work Better

Um… how much better!? Right? Is that what you were thinking too?

Well, if your New Year’s resolution is to exercise more, you might want to consider running. A new study out of the University of Arizona found that MRI scans of the brains of endurance runners show greater connectivity when compared with the brains of non-runners. This means running actually helps people with high level thinking, like planning and decision-making.¬†Hmmm, I might take my chances!
