While technology has definitely improved when it comes to cell phones, battery life seems to only get marginally better.
Some days it feels like that’s all your doing is charging your phone! Well… those days may be a thing of the past. According to Thrillist, scientists have engineered a special material that could allow computers of the future to operate using just a few quick pulses of electricity rather than a constant stream. What does that mean? That means your phone and even computers will need 100 times less energy to run, and will last much longer before they need to recharge. But, the technology is still a few years off. Researchers believe in a a few years, you may only have to charge your phone every three months. WHAT!? That’s awesome! And, another thing my kids won’t have to suffer through!
