Helen Smith has just launched her first nude exercise course, and its first session was this past Saturday!
The class has been described as a ‘gentle boot-camp style exercise with partner games and teamwork,’ according to Daily Mail.
Helen says that the main benefit from not wearing clothes is that you can see exactly what the instructor is doing, and the instructor can see your form and correct it in turn.
Another benefit is that you don’t get your clothes sweaty and stinky while exercising! The sticky clothing doesn’t have to hang on you either.
Helen also says that it is a normal class just with a different approach. If anyone wishes to participate, they have to email her and show photo ID, just to bring about an aura of comfort and security to everyone participating.
The naturist instructor also says, ‘ a benefit of exercising naked is that once you strip away the clothing then what’s left is what’s left – there’s nothing to be self-conscious about.”
