It’s always cool when two generations of music comes together and collaborate. It’s even more awesome when they collaborate to create a alcohol. You heard right! In an article from Money Magazine, Adam Levine and Sammy Hagar are coming together to create a tequila with a blend of smokier mezcal.
The idea of this blend came when Levine, Hagar, and Jack Daniels (not the whisky but a guy actually named Jack Daniels) decided to switch up their drinks from tequila to mezcal. “The trio found the smoky taste of mezcal overpowering and poured it in their tequila glasses so “not to hurt the [restaurant] owner’s feelings.” They found the mixture tasty, and the idea of Santo Mezquila was born” the article states.
We can’t wait for this blend to come out!
