Disneyland is known for being a magical place where dreams are made, but there are some things so well hidden that you didn’t even know it existed.
Disneyland’s Club 33 is an exclusive, invite-only club that has a 14-year wait list, as well as a $100,000 membership entrance fee. Once you’re in, it costs $33,000 a year to stay in the private group.
One Club 33 member decided to talk to Daily Mail about being in the club, but have done so anonymously.
There are fewer than 500 members, and the club holds original photographs of Walt Disney, vintage Minnie and Mickie items, and even a table from the set of Mary Poppins.
The club itself is tucked away in New Orleans Square, and people take photos in front of the door in hopes of getting a peep inside.
Why is the club named 33? Rumors say it’s because Walt Disney was a 33rd degree mason. Others say that it’s because if you turn the 33 on its side you get Mickey’s ears…
So is there a way you can get in? You can if you accompany a member, but you have to look the part. If you’re not dressed well for the fancy club, the member you’re with will get slapped with a fine.
