Science is always helping us find out more about ourselves, and now it’s telling us how we take our liquor and what it does to us. Well according to VICE the University of Missouri-Columbia have decided that there are 4 kinds of drunks:
- The Hemingways – These are the folks who don’t change too much when they drink, and it’s actually the most common group.
- Mary Poppins – These folks are usually female, but they’re the drinkers that become more “agreeable and extroverted.” So in other words these are your happy-go-lucky drunks.
- Nutty Professors – Typically the people who are quiet and more on the shy side, they become very social and even a bit reckless. These are the people who really get the benefit of “liquid courage.”
- Mr. Hydes – Alcohol generally makes this group less responsible and less intellectual, as well as more hostile. These are better known as the angry drunks.
