Nobody likes to be stressed, but it turns out that some states in the US are a lot more stressed than others.
According to the Daily Mail, a recent study revealed the stress levels of every state in the US and ranked them in order from most stressed to least stressed.
The most stressed state? Alabama.

On the flip side, Minnesota took the top spot as the least stressed state in the country!
If you were wondering where California fell in all of this, it appears our stress levels are pretty average; California placed right in the middle at 23.
