Steve Perry Is Believed To Be Attending Journey’s Induction To The RRHF

The big buzz surrounding this year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony is whether or not Steve Perry, the former lead singer of Journey, will attend when the band is inducted.

According to Ultimate Classic Rock, there’s some good news for fans of the band: keyboardist Jonathan Cain has stated he’s expecting to see Perry make an appearance.

Cain explained that he’s looking forward to catching up with his former bandmate at the ceremony, saying:

“The ceremony is the first time we’re going to get to see Steve Perry in a long time. So that’ll be fun.”

However, fans looking to see the classic Journey line-up perform at the induction will probably be disappointed. Cain revealed that as far as he knew, Perry was going to leave pretty soon after accepting the award.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is holding their induction ceremony on April 7th, so we’ll just have to wait and see if anything new comes out in the next couple days.
