The backlash has been quick and severe for United after a video hit the internet of a passenger being knocked unconscious and forcibly removed from an overbooked airplane.
The CEO then issued a non-apology for “having to re-accomodate those passengers.” Like seriously? In response to that, the company’s stock took a $1 billion nose-dive. NOW the CEO has issued an actual apology.
For me, it’s too little too late.
