What if a picture could emit sound? That is exactly what one young man is doing through art.
According to GMA News Online, a tattoo artist named Nate Siggard began making his work come to life by taking a clip of any sound and turning it into a sound wave that gets tattooed onto the skin.
To listen to the sound, a smartphone app is used to scan the image of the tattoo, uploaded by the user, to create noise.
Being able to listen to a tattoo is going to change the world of ink. Now, for a small price, we are able to hear memories that once felt so far away; such as a loved one’s voice, or a piece of music.
