Gordon Ramsey’s Rules For Eating Out

With the beautiful summer sun coming out to stay in the Sacramento Valley comes date nights that are sure to make friends and loved ones smile.

Gordon Ramsay, top-chef who’s known for his on-screen antics of cursing and yelling, spoke with¬†Daily Mail¬†back in May and revealed three tips when dining out at a restaurant.

  1. Avoid specials
  2. Be suspicious of ridiculous boasts
  3. Be prepared to haggle for wine

“Specials are there to disappear throughout the evening, when they list 10 specials, that’s not special,” he explained when discussing his first tip.

Owning near 20 restaurants that are open and starring in 15 television shows I would take Ramsay’s advice when the words “dining” and “food” are discussed.

You can read the explanations for the latter two tips here.
