This summer, McDonald’s will be hiring 250,000 people – more than they hired last year – and they’re finding those employees on Snapchat. According to CNBC.
McDonald’s is recruiting potential workers with 10-second Snapchat ads showing McDonald’s workers talking about why they like their jobs. Viewers can then swipe directly to the company’s careers website, where they can apply for jobs at local restaurants – without putting together a resume or filling out a paper application.
Since they’re targeting people between 16-24 years old, using Snapchat is a pretty good idea!
