California Heat Triggers ‘Flex Alert’

To avoid power outages during peak usage hours, you’re urged to set your thermostat at 78 degrees or higher, refrain from using major appliances like washing machines and dishwashers, and turn of all unnecessary lights between 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
