A new study out of BYU finds that being highly active is like shaving a DECADE off the cellular aging happening in your body. Woah!! That’s a lot of time! So, what is “highly active?” According to the researchers, highly active means at least 30 minutes of running a day, five day a week, for women and 40 minutes of running a day, five days a week for men.
Is it worth it?
