Coko Loko is a new chocolate substance that’s meant to be snorted rather than eaten. While this doesn’t mean taking a piece of chocolate and shoving it up your nostril, it does mean actually snorting powdered chocolate.
According to Washington Post, the powder is made up of cacao powder, as well as gingko biloba, taurine and guarana, which are commonly found in energy drinks. When you snort it, it’s meant to give you a “drug-free buzz.”
The effects of the powder last from 30 minutes to an hour, and have an “almost like an energy-drink feeling, like you’re euphoric but also motivated to get things done.”
Doctors aren’t sure what to think of it yet, with the product not being approved by FDA yet. A Coco Loko can will give you 10 servings, and sells for $24.99.
