A Woman’s Plea For A Wedding Date On Twitter Turns Into Marriage

A woman named Llia Apostolou, began her love story on Twitter, with a post that she most likely meant as a joke. She asked for a man that’s willing to go to a wedding with her, preferably with a baby that she could pretend was hers, as well.

To her surprise, a man named Phil Gibson actually responded to her message.

The two exchanged a couple more silly messages, including things like, “Is this how internet dating works,” and “My grandma already wants to meet you.”

Unfortunately, they never ended up going to the wedding together, but they did hang out the same week, according to A Plus. To everyone’s surprise, the couple announced their engagement on social media years later and got married on July 5, 2017.

Then, as if this wasn’t the cutest love story already,Β on their wedding day, Apostolou re-tweeted her husband’s post that said, “See you at the alter,” with this comment…

We’re crying!
