Taylor Swift is due in court Tuesday in the trial of a former radio personality who’s accused of lifting up her skirt and grabbing her bottom. Jury selection in the case starts today in Denver. Swift, nor former KYGO radio host David Mueller are expected in court today, but the pair will come face to face for the first time since the 2013 incident tomorrow. Mueller has accused Taylor of sabotaging his career by making the claims. She responded by filing a criminal charge of assault and battery.
Court officials are expecting overflow crowds, but are warning people to leave their signs, banners and buttons at home. Also, cell phones will not be allowed in court either, so NO selfies. 100 passes will be given out to the general public, who can start lining up as early as 6 a.m. But, most will only see the hearing via closed circuit TV because only 32 will be allowed into the courtroom.
