Mary Jo Buttafuoco Fixes Smile After Getting Shot In Face [VIDEO]

Back in 1992, Mary Jo Buttafuoco was shot by her husband’s 17-year-old mistress, Amy Fisher, and was left with permanent facial paralysis.

After years of literally being unable to fully smile, Buttafuoco can do so once again.

Inside Edition followed her journey as she went through a new procedure that rewired the damaged nerves in her face and helped her regain some feeling and muscle movement.
