If you believe Christian numerologist David Meade, this weekend will be your last one ever.
The self-described “researcher” claims the world will come to an end on Saturday (September 23rd). Citing the Bible’s Book of Revelations, Meade says a series of catastrophic events will culminate in “a major part of the world not” being the same.
He believes a secret planet called Nibiru will be passing the earth on Saturday, causing global catastrophes. The world won’t end, “but the world as we know it is ending,” he told the Washington Post.
Don’t be too quick to pack your survival gear, though. NASA scientists – and just about every astronomer – says the planet doesn’t exists, and if Nibiru really was on a collision course with Earth, they would have seen it by now.
