A judge is permitting the airing of a Bobbi Kristina Brown biopic this Sunday.
Accusing the network, TV One, of depicting him as a “bad dad and abusive husband,” Bobby Brown made attempts to block the made-for-TV movie, according to the New York Post.
The judge rejected his complaint, because Brown had never even read the script or seen the movie.
In addition, the judge reminded him that in his own autobiography Brown wrote, “I turned around to Whitney Houston, drew back my hand, and smacked her across the face.”
He may not have been able to block the TV movie, but his defamation lawsuit against TV One for $2 million is moving forward.
